Unfortunately, we didn’t get much assistance with our neighbor dispute/township misconduct issue. Our $400 consultation spent as much time discussing the costs of everything as it did discussing the merits of our problem. Our takeaway from the hour phone call: In a nutshell, there is no recourse against township misconduct and everything resulting thereof unless you’re willing and able to spend big $$$. Our humble opinion and interpretation, respectfully submitted.
