Dylan did a great job. It’s just that due to my father’s death and his estate. It wouldn’t be in harvest interest to try and get our portion of my father’s date because His estate was not worth that much and it would cost me more In legal fees, then I would get from the estate. Thank you for your help and advice. Have a great day.!

I had to wait over two weeks for this appointment. Then the day came of the appointment and the attorney wasn’t ready and I had to wait like 30 minutes. The attorney’s name was Dylan Hickey. He seemed nice enough and he gave me part of the time of when he was able to and it was just before lunch. He was nice and he said he would talk to me again at 4:30 that afternoon, I found that to be very kind of him and was encouraged. We did.connect, and he spent a long time on the phone with me. Now He was leading me to believe he could help me with my issue with my trust, and he kept saying oh I can help you with that and He even told me to send a copy of my mother’s will to him so he could see the trust in instrument, and I did send all that and then I never heard from him for a week or two. Then I emailed him back and said I hadn’t heard back from him. I thought maybe you were going to help me I was under that Impression. I said did I misunderstand I thought that after we had a consult You would decide if you would take the case, and being that you told me to send you what I had with the will , which contained the trust instrument, I didn’t even hear back from you.
He wrote back said yeah you were misinformed you were and you were mistaken, That he gave me a long consultation, and he’s sorry if he led me to believe he would take the case, but he had over 100 clients, and there was no obligation with that consultation. Well, I knew that neither of us were obligated, but when he kept giving me this answer where he would talk back with me at 4:30 in the evening after he partial consult , to me about 30 minutes before lunch and decided we could continue at 4:30 and stayed on the phone with me so much longer after that and so I thought he was interested. He said to send a copy of the will with the trust Instrument, I kind of got the idea he was going to take the case. He sure looked promising, especially during the consult saying I can help you with that. Well, that sure took the wind out of my sales, but I think he could have contacted me back a little sooner and not made me have to email him back to find out if he was going to take the case, He could also have told me during our initial talk before lunch that , you know I’m sorry I will not be able totake the case . I’m too swamped with people now to take your case or something like that. I think he kind of led me to believe he was going to take it and then didn’t follow through. I am not saying that I didn’t make a wrong assumption about him taking the case because certainly did, but I think he could communicate better and clarify things better before he gets your hopes up!
