This attorney asks for the impossible... you tell him you have a trustee who has breached fiduciary duties not giving you brokerage statements, no accountings, no distributions from your HEMS trust,but makes you pay taxes out of your own pocket to fund trusts 12 yr growth where income passed via K-1 to IRS , thus making you responsible for yearly tax burden where you have to foot the bill for your own trust, then first thing he wants is brokerage statements of which you told upfront that you were never given any, and don't have access to them. What a dumb request. ! Refuses to see or help you if you can't give him brokerage statements. The set up for the consultation was strange... couldn't even get an appointment. For a month, makes. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops if you were lucky enough to get consult to cancel or reschedule... never had a real chance to see his work in action, because he shut me down before I could even have a consultation. I've only encountered one other law firm in town that was near this bad... the rest do leave a lot to be desired, but seem better than this man. If he is too booked or just doesn't want you as a client he should just.come out and say so from the beginning !
