Hiring Kowalski was one of those experiences where the problem was not that the case was complicated. The problem was that important parts of the case appeared to be treated as if they were invisible.

There were clear gaps in the opposing party’s discovery that should have been identified, questioned, and used strategically. Instead, they seemed to pass through the process untouched, like nobody had bothered to turn the lights on in the room.

In my opinion, Kowalski’s handling showed a serious lack of preparation, attention to detail, and litigation judgment. I did not feel like my case was being studied, protected, or driven forward with the level of care a client should expect.

I would not hire him again, and I would urge anyone considering him to ask very direct questions about how closely he reviews discovery, how involved he personally is, and what safeguards he has in place to make sure major issues are not missed.

Sent inquiry via their webform. Over a week later, I have no record that anyone reached out to me. Giving the benefit of the doubt, IF they did and I just can't find their phone number or email in my records, they must have said that they are not taking new cases.
