Kohl & Cook Law Firm

This firm was recommended by another attorney. I called and explained my case in detail. I was told by the lady, who I assumed was the administrative assistant, that she would forward the information to the partners and that someone would contact me. I waited two weeks and called back. I spoke to the same person. I explained that no one contacted me and that I understood if they weren’t interested in my case because it probably wasn’t a big money case, just hourly work. She said no that wasn’t it and that she would follow up with the partners and someone would call me. That was over two months ago?

To whom it may concern,

I am a resident of Indiana, and I traveled to Ohio to finance a vehicle from a dealership. Unfortunately, what I experienced was far from what I expected and was involved in what I believe to be fraudulent conduct and numerous complications. At just 18 years old, with no prior legal experience and without friends or family who could guide me through a situation like this, I was forced to seek legal counsel for the first time in my life.

He consistently made time to speak with me, carefully addressed all of my concerns, and demonstrated great attention to detail when reviewing documents. His guidance gave me confidence that my case is being handled in the best possible way.

Additionally, I want to express my gratitude to Timothy Cook, who was the first person to truly listen to my situation when I was seeking counsel. He helped me enter into a payment arrangement that worked for me and did so with integrity, never taking advantage of my age or inexperience.
