If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. This firm completely mismanaged my representation through continuous delays, a total lack of communication, and an ongoing refusal to provide basic updates. After several emails promising they would draft and file a complaint on my behalf, it was never conducted and I feel they intended on never drafting such from the beginning. To make matters worse, they abruptly dropped me as a client for zero reason. Under the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct (specifically Rules 1.4 and 1.16), attorneys have an ethical duty to keep clients reasonably informed and to terminate representation only when it can be done without adverse impact to the client. This firm failed on both fronts. We have suffered additional damages due to this firms neglect and are still awaiting their swift resolution to the issues we brought to their attention. Look elsewhere if you want reliable, professional counsel.

This attorney likes to represent slum lords. I received an eviction notice filed by this attorney and I haven’t had hot water since December 23rd, 2024. Funny how when I call my landlord out about not repairing the hot water heater, he goes and files eviction. Can someone say retaliation.
