I saw Nick on the a YouTube channel, and he sounded fierce, to later get his reply, that he doesn't handle my type of cases. This attorney appears to want easy cases, not cases that require an attorney to actually work like they are supposed to. This attorney is a fake. Then to tell me, that it is difficult to prove a respiratory condition developed while living in my current apartment, is a lie. I have medical records and I have the city tell me that my unit has no air ventilation and it's suffocating, even the tenant next to me tells me he has no air ventilation. I've had 4 building inspectors tell me the problems that are wrong with my unit and the whole property. Then to top it off, I told Nick that I'm a ADA tenant, with a disability, and he refused even more. This attorney shows discrimination towards ADA tenants. But Nick wants easy. I'm a strong believer that how you treat people and cases in a disrespectful manner, is the same way life will treat your cases and you as an attorney. This attorney doesn't deserve to win, but to fail. Find an attorney wisely, and find someone who will truly fight for you and build his reputation on fighting for clients, not building a reputation as a fake and farse. Update: Nick had said in an email that he does handle tenant landlord matters, but he couldn't take my case because of the issues indicated.... When a property has code enforcement involved, and has not remedied those issues, it becomes a big case and a good case. The moment he finds out I am under ADA, he chickens out. Again, this lawyer is a fake, dishonest, farse and falsely advertising himself. Proceed at your own risk.

Listen to me carefully. DO NOT make a mistake and get an ambulance chaser after an accident. All they do is settle because they love easy money. These guys are trial attorneys and so insurance companies don’t mess with them. They were fantastic to work with and got me all the money that was available to be had. They also have great relationships with fantastic physicians that are some of the best around to get you the best care. They also kept me from making any dumb mistakes. Very compassionate as well. This is your life so choose wisely.
