Does not communicate via email or phone. I am a CEO of a startup company and was very excited to work with KM based on recommendations from others in the area. However, after an initial consult with Andrew Kimmel, and attempts to contact other people in the firm, not a single person has ever gotten back to me. I find it extremely unprofessional.
