We contacted the Knipp Law office and asked for Beth Marks for updating wills and trust after moving to NC. She offered detailed answers to our many in-person and email questions. We did not feel rushed during our meeting at all. We reviewed the draft documentation and had more questions that were typically answered the same day we sent them. Very positive experience overall; from the first call to the conclusion of our business.
Tarrah Brown was very helpful, clearly explained the whole process of what we wanted to do in the Estate Planning service. Answered questions unequvivocally; without doing "It depends" route. Clear communication. Set up the plan the way we wanted.
Then David Mickus took over and created the documents, went through all of them, clarified well.
All done on time.
