Unfortunately, I had the opportunity to work with the Dolly and Wallace team, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. Given the level of responsibility expected from a closing attorney, attention to detail and accuracy are extremely important. However, throughout the process, multiple mistakes were made that could have been avoided with proper review and double-checking. The lack of attention to detail created unnecessary issues, and overall the experience was disappointing. For these reasons, I would not recommend this closing attorney to others.

This is by far the most knowledgeable real estate attorney in Charlotte! Charlotte has extremely unique land and property issues that Matt and his team have the answers to. I have had them work on closings, family estates involving property, land issues with taxes and even unique title issues. On top of their knowledge and expertise, they are extremely personable and their team is always willing to get a on a call with me to iron out any questions I have. This is your best option in Charlotte!
