KJ is a green lawyer. She did sloppy court filings multiple times (which were returned and slowed down the process), fraternized with the opposing attorney, took many vacations after which she was slow to catch up on things and didn't return calls in a timely manner. She has potential but is still learning the ropes. Not ready for the big leagues!
