An update on Michael Kellington. He's genuinely a good guy , crafty ,that's over worked by the Judicial System. He's a lot smarter than he wants you to think. But lacks excitement towards preparing for trial, and would prefer you to plead out. He will stay on that theory too. But at the same time, if you stay consistent, and push him , he will stand up for you , as a professional. He will take the time also to talk about your case , in depth and all the detaisl. For having to wing it , he'll make you feel comfortable. Most importantly one must believe in yourself and help investigate your own cases . With our talks , and listening to his strategies, with out a doubt , I believe in my Lawyer Michael Kellington. Thank you Sir. My first meeting with mister kellington. He was wearing his Superman, pajamas, a robe and said, today's weird day.n And then when I wanted him to see the video footage, he has in my discovery, he said we're not watching that today and that he's good friends with the city attorney. He could just go talk with him and have this dismissed.But we won't be viewing the tapes and going after one of the five security guards that grabbed my hair started smashing my face down in the concrete repeatedly all while I was admitted for emergency surgery so when I denied that he seemed to be very uncomfortable.n So I let him know on my court date. I will be letting the judge know. My son's mom made me dress appropriate to go to the meeting with mister kellington. Hopefully he has a little more respect for the judge and dress is appropriate today for court and I just got out of the hospital. Because I was scheduled for a surgery at the same hospital that this all took place at because they said that was the only facility with the surgeons needed for my surgery.A kidney Stone removal turned into my lung being popped and double infections. 2 chest tubes being put in blood transfusions all because I didn't receive my surgery when I was supposed to. Because security was confused whether I was admitted as a patient or not, although I had a wristband on and an IV port in my hand.
