If you try to recap and verbally repeat what was told to you, you might hear a verbal sigh from Daniel and be talked to you in a condescending tone. I can’t say I’ve never done that, I’m not perfect with patience and kindness and We all get annoyed by hearing people Talk sometimes, but I still didn’t appreciate Daniel’s tone, and how the call ended. Two major times moments that impact the feeling of a call is the beginning in the end and I felt an extremely condescending tone, cold tone from Daniel, which is the whole reason I originally posted a review as I Was pretty triggered by that not going to lie, However, with all that said Aundrea has been great he does not shown any of those signs, anrbI have never talked with Tom directly, however I suppose that is to be expected when operating with a highly skilled, and coordinated team with a driven focus on keeping out of as much legal trouble as possible. What made this team stand out from start to finish is a phone call for case retainment. Where other agencies will use mailers or other colder tactics, Tom’s has an assistant like Aundrea that will go above and beyond to be patient with you, and explain what you need to do, and what to expect next. Overall, I would highly recomend working with Tom Kissel’s law firm because they have done what they said they would do, and I devout faith that they will continue to deliver on an ongoing matter regarding my case. What can I say about this last firm? They are amazing. This is the second time they've helped with a ticket that I thought was going to be a nightmare for my daughter. The Kissel law group took over and was able to get the ticket thrown out and dismissed!! Their correspondence and communication is top notch. In a world where some law firms are just after your money, Kissel last group really cares about their clients. I hope we don't have this issue again, but if I do we definitely know where to go.
