If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t even know where to begin with the 💩show that was dealing with Charlene and John Moffit of Holland Law. First my mother and I were in a car accident together and had them for lawyers for 9 months before we were finally told who was handling our case. There was always lack of communication from the paralegal Charlene and she would conveniently “miss inform” us often. They were in a rush to close my mom case out without my mom ever having spoken to our lawyer even though she made repeated attempts and it was 14months into our case. They never sent us to any real Drs just chiropractors and now after switching lawyers and seeing a spine surgeon we both find out a year and a half after our accident that we both need surgery. Holland Law was happy to try and just settle out my mothers case for a measly 30k when she needs 3 discs replaced, her car was completely totaled and her lawyer couldn’t even be bothered to call her. John Moffit is a sad excuse for a lawyer.
