my parents had a family trust with this lawfirm for 30 years. The original Attorney had retied. When My mother passed away in 2022 I was called down to the attorneys office by my brother. When I got there, the Attorney and my brother proceeded to tell me there could not be two co-trustee the banks would not allow it. Thinking I had rights still as a beneficiary. I signed the paper thinking I was doing the honorable thing. Since that day, I was financially exploited and the trust was not followed and it turns out that my brother had hired him as his personal attorney prior to be getting there that day creating a conflict of interest I can’t even get paperwork nor has there ever been in the accounting For the trust. The firm is aware of what happened. My family’s trust was not Upheld and my rights have been Violated as a beneficiary. They won’t even provide me paperwork. Do not go to this Firm and if you had a trust with Bob Boston, he can’t help you anymore And his replacement is the attorney that did this to me.
