Absolutely terrible experience with this firm. I called because I was actively trying to resolve an issue and was met with an incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. What frustrated me most was that they would not actually answer my questions. I asked straightforward questions about my situation and what I needed to do to resolve it, but instead of giving me clear answers, they repeatedly avoided the questions or responded without addressing what I was actually asking. I ended the conversation with essentially no useful information. If your job involves handling legal matters that can seriously affect people’s lives, answering basic questions and communicating clearly should be the absolute minimum. Instead, I felt like I was being talked down to simply for asking for clarification. I wasn’t calling to argue. I was calling in good faith to resolve the matter, and I was prepared to cooperate. Somehow, they managed to make an already stressful situation unnecessarily more difficult while providing almost no meaningful guidance. Based on my experience, the communication, professionalism, and customer service were absolutely unacceptable. If Google allowed zero stars, that’s what I would give them.

Do not recommend! They don’t make an effort to check information.

I was mid sentence to this woman and she sent me to an automated message, when I went to call back she hung up on me repeatedly. I am trying to resolve a notice I received. If you are dealing with these people through your complex. GET A LAWYER GET A LAWYER GET A LAWER.
