Kerry and his daughter- attorney Elizabeth were amazing! I was nervous and they put my mind at ease. I must add that Becky was the best! She guided me in everything I needed to submit and showed me how I could obtain certain documents. She was extremely patient when I experienced delays but she kept me on task! Becky also kept in close contact with me and was the first smile I saw when I came to the office for my creditors meeting. Its never easy to go through this but this team held my hand and made me feel at ease! Thank you all!!

I cannot say enough good things about Kerry and his team. He made this very stressful time as painless as possible and talked to me like a real person. His level of expertise left me feeling calm and confident that my case was in the right hands. My only regret is not calling him sooner. Pam and Becky are absolute gems and very prompt and courteous in their responses to any and all questions and concerns I have had thus far.

Having been referred to this firm by another attorney, I eagerly scheduled a consultation with them after visiting the web site. However, I left my consultation disappointed.

It started out well, with him kindly asking "How can I help you today?" However, multiple times during our conversation he interrupted me while I was asking or answering a question.

I had been led to expect, after reading through this firm's web site, that they would strive to understand my unique circumstances and meet me where I am. I did not see that happen. Instead, I felt as if my wife, family, and I were being judged for our life choices - choices which we have spent nearly two decades regularly discerning and re-discerning to be our calling in life, despite the difficult financial sacrifices involved. He insulted my nonprofit employer for being unable to pay higher wages, he repeatedly spoke negatively about the uncommon (yet perfectly legitimate - and, by the way, life giving) activity that I have been doing for years to earn supplemental income. And he informed me that it's "time to find other employment," as if we have spent nearly 20 years simply not knowing that there are other opportunities out there which would bring us more income (but which are not our calling).

On another note, the web site speaks extensively about this attorney specializing in non-standard bankruptcy cases. However, despite what was implied by the attorney who referred me, I was told that he is not experienced in a particular matter I was hoping to pursue in my case, and that he is not even well-informed on it (which showed when he stated something flatly contrary to a recent law change that I was aware of simply from my own casual research). While I appreciate his honesty, as well as his openness to learn more about it (if I were willing and able to fund his endeavors, that is), I was, once again, disappointed.

Finally, I was a bit puzzled by the form I had to fill out when I arrived (both my and my wife's SSN's, the names and ages of all our children, and much more). Maybe I'm missing something, but that seemed like way too much personal information to collect just to sit down for an informal discussion.
