In 2022 I had a car accident, I hired the lawyer Tae Kang, because the insurance company did not want to pay the ambulance and hospital expenses. In December 2022 the insurance company made the payment to the lawyer and now July 2023 I receive in Notice Delinquency that the bills were not paid by the lawyer.
