I hope you never need an attorney, but if you do Chad is your guy! If you have a major contract to sign his review service prior to doing so would be invaluable: I wish we'd be aware of this before we needed his assistance with litigation. We hired the wrong contractor and after months of delays and improper handling of both our home and our money we had to terminate the contract and sue. This is not a fun situation, but Chad was thoughtful, kind, and professional. And he made us laugh even in the toughest moments!

This review is long overdue. We got ourselves involved in a renovation nightmare with a general contractor who operated on a different plane of reality. Our project was terribly behind schedule, our house was infested with mold and sub-contractors were now threatening to put a lien on our home because they weren't being paid. Throughout our entire, and often ridiculous, litigation, Chad was cool as a cucumber. Besides being an absolutely fantastic attorney, he is also one of our favorite humans. Chad's motto is "Small-town attention to big city problems", and that is exactly the experience we had. 10/10, would hire again.
