We paid for an initial consultation in 2025 that lasted approximately 10 minutes. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. Despite providing all the necessary information upfront, it took over a month for them to review and prepare the custody agreement information that we provided; we felt things were being dragged out. Throughout the process, several emails were sent that were never responded to. Based on the numerous 5-star reviews, we were expecting a much better experience - perhaps there’s been a change in staff or management. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and delay.
