My experience with Mr. Keene was parasitic. He designed the engagement so there would be minimal communication, insisting everything go through email so he could push most of the work onto his paralegal. The moment I asked for incremental billing to keep track of what was actually being done, he got extremely defensive and withdrew from the case days before Trail. He still billed me 16 hours at $350/hour for doing nothing of value. Zero meaningful movement on my case. Complete one-sided rip-off. Save yourself and look elsewhere.
