I am utterly devastated and profoundly disappointed with the appalling handling of my divorce case by Katelynn Johnson. I entrusted her with one of the most vulnerable times of my life, believing she would shield me from future complications. Instead, her negligent approach has left me grappling with severe, avoidable issues.

From the start, Katelynn Johnson demonstrated an alarming lack of competence. Her failure to clearly explain the potential outcomes left me completely in the dark about the consequences of my decisions. Despite hiring her specifically to protect my interests, she failed to devote the necessary time to properly inform me of the critical details of my case.

What makes this situation even more infuriating is that I had already agreed to cover the house loan, yet I am now burdened with unexpected tax liabilities—a glaring error that undermines the very purpose of legal representation. Her emails were ambiguous and unhelpful, only intensifying my frustration, and it took an unacceptable seven months for her to respond. When she finally did, her advice was nothing more than a dismissive reiteration of our original negotiation, completely ignoring my genuine concerns.

I feel completely betrayed by the lack of diligence and care that was promised when I hired her. My trust has been shattered, and I am left with unresolved issues and significant financial consequences.

Ms. Johnson did for us what lawyers in Virginia bungled horrifically. Although I will no longer need her services, I would certainly recommend her highly should I have a friend or acquaintance in need. She was open about her process and conducted my case without undue delay.

Kate was wonderful to work with. She made everything so easy for me, and was always there to answer any questions. She responded timely to emails/calls, and really made me feel like I wasn't just one of her many clients. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing legal assistance!
