My experience was totally different from ALL the reviews.
In so many words, the judge on my case said “ Mr Pate, whoever allowed you to agree with the terms of divorce decree did not have your best interest and did not understand the mortgage/appraisal law”. I typically don’t write reviews but I trusted someone with my livelihood, thinking they had my best interest.
After months of being homeless( well sleeping on friends couches) and spending thousands of dollars in living expenses ( continuing to paying my mortgage) and other legal fees. I was finally awarded back my property after I did my own research and continued to FIGHT! It’s a lot more but I’ll just keep it right here.
