My experience with this lawyer was less than ideal. I was told multiple things would happen, charges would be dropped, a reduced penalty and eventually told the prosecutor would work with us on a lesser charge, only to later find out that I plead to the original charge. So be cautious of what he tells you and to clarify. In my honest opinion, I felt that he didn't want to challenge the state and no longer deal with my case.
