Brooke Boltz, ably supported by Shane Johnson and the firm, was the probate manager for my elderly cousin's simple estate in New Hanover County NC. I did not know my cousin well, and live several states away, so a "local expert" was a great blessing to me (and the modest estate), from beginning to end. Brooke's customer focus was superb throughout, and her communications very clear and understandable. She was thorough and thoughtful throughout the process. The estate was properly and promptly probated, which gave us one less thing to worry about, after the passing of a relative. Her informal advice on practical issues related to the modest estate was also helpful at difficult time for any family, especially a remote one. Job very well done!
