We can’t recommend Salines-Mondello enough for your legal needs as we are planning for end of life issues. We had put off this work as life just happens (move, retirement, medical, etc) and when it came time our financial planner back in Maine did the research to find a local firm.

It has been fantastic from start to finish. William has been patient and informative as we had no background to prepare us. But any elder law firm could do this- it was how William worked with my husband with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. He was amazing! This is why you choose a firm like Salines-Mondello. And why an attorney that does elder law like Attorney Hurley is so important!

I've been putting off creating this review for fear it would fall short of the miracle Brenna Ragghianti and her team at Salines - Mondello created when assisting us with an emergency guardianship need late last year. Our situation was straight out of a horror movie, with a conniving estranged relative wreaking havoc leveraging a fraudulently executed power of attorney to gain possession of my declining stepfather's person, house and other assets. Brenna moved mountains to get us an emergency court hearing to both reverse the damage already accomplished and prevent further malfeasance. She executed flawlessly in the hearing, administering a beatdown of the bad actor that was as thorough as it was impressive. I cannot begin to describe how badly things would have gone without her and her team's outstanding effort and expertise. This was truly a bet-the-farm scenario for us and she crushed it. Could not recommend her and Salines-Mondello more highly.
