BEWARE. I hired Mr. Brian Johnson in Jackson TN for my brother's case to get my brotherout of jail and get his car out of impound. Misdemeanor charges that he kept calling a felony. I honestly believe that he is working for the DA and prosecution. 2 month later and $4000 and he hasn't even pulled a police report for my brother's case. Still nothing about the car. Showed up in court unprepared and reading questions from Google in front of the judge. Called me the mom of his client not the sister. He delivered my brother to the DA on silver platter without any defense. When i asked him about his plan on defending my brother all he talked about is how his case could go to circuit court and he will need more money. Of course will go to circuit court because he will not defend his clients in sessions court. If you care about your hard working money and your loved ones then stay as far as possible from this so called lawyer. He is as incompetent as they come. My brother would been better off without a lawyer at this point. He dint care to do his job, no paperwork were filed or phone calls made on behalf of my brother. I should have trust the other 3 bad reviews on this guy cos they are correct. And if he comes out here to say that he doesn't know me like he did with the others , I got all the proof I can post that he knows me. Please stay far away from him.
UPDATE: after calling me stupid nicely in his answer because im from another country , nevermind me leaving in US for 30 years and hired lawyers before , i still dont have an answer to my brother's case as he claimes he still working on it. Picture below. What a liar. He will take your hard working money and not give any defense to your loved once. Kept telling me that he has no access to the case... im sorry you are a lawyer and should have access so you can defend your clients. If he would have at least make an effort to pull my brother's police report he would have known that my brother's charges are all mistameanor charges no felonies. He has no clue that's what $4000 gets you people if you hire this good for nothing so called lawyer that works for the prosecution in my opinion.

I highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need. I liked that he was a straight shooter and explained things in layman’s terms and not legalize. They took care of me and it didn’t break the bank.

Mr Brian Johnson did a great job and got my charges taken care of in one day and I was coming from out of state . I recommend him for an attorney if you’re looking for someone who will get the job done . 5 stars
