He was a great attorney. He met me on a Saturday. He told me that I didn't need a lawyer, but I hired him anyway. The peace he brought was well worth the money. Also, I love reading his replies to complaints.

I recently contacted this office and received a call back, but the man on the line was extremely rude. He mentioned he was in Little Rock, but didn’t introduce himself clearly, so I wasn’t even sure who was calling me back. When I tried to call again to follow up and clarify who had contacted me, a woman answered and questioned who I was in a dismissive tone. I had reached out to multiple agencies for assistance and was trying to understand who I was speaking with. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend contacting this law firm, especially if you're already in a stressful or uncertain situation. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was very disappointing.

He had all the time in the world for those smart-mouth replies, but couldn’t simply say where he was calling from. All I wanted to hear was, 'I’m calling from ......' Instead, his smart-mouth self just said 'Little Rock'—probably because of my phone number. Just rude for no reason
