				I needed to make a purchase/offer to buy a real estate lot with a structure payments plan term.  I know in Washington State you can go see a Real Estate agent to help represents the buyer.   In my situation, I and the seller are amicable in our negotiated deal already and I only needed the details of the agreed contract terms to be looked at by the Real Estate contract expert. I had many contract questions that I believe the one who can answered them is the experienced Real Estate attorney.



I made an appointment with Mr Cohen office because Yelp's reviews were very positive.  My experience with his office & Mr Cohen was very positive, despite my personal feeling about lawyers in general.  Jerome Cohen is a business professional, knowledgeable, fair and honest.  I highly recommend him for he is not all about making $$.

				Mr. Cohen helped me with two important legal matters - a land sale in 2015 and trouble with a renter at a rental property last year. His legal advice was invaluable in both situations. In the first situation he advised me on the contracts I signed and in the second he prepared a contract for me.
