I recently had the unfortunate experience of utilizing the services of Jeri Wright who was reffered by my loan offericer as the personal to go, and it's safe to say that it was a decision I deeply regret. Despite warnings from acquaintances and numerous negative reviews, I gave Jeri the benefit of the doubt not once, not twice, but three times. However, it was the third interaction that truly exposed her lack of professionalism and disregard for her clients.

Our ordeal began when we closed on a house, entrusting Jeri as our attorney. One of the agreements was that the sellers would compensate us with one month's rent. Jeri assured us that this would be handled smoothly. Unfortunately, that was far from the reality we faced.

Communication with Jeri was virtually non-existent. Despite repeated attempts to reach her via email and phone calls, she remained unresponsive. It seemed as though she had no interest whatsoever in addressing our concerns or fulfilling her responsibilities.

The frustration reached its peak as we left numerous voicemails and sent several emails before receiving any form of response from Jeri. It was utterly disappointing to witness such a lack of care and accountability from someone who should have been a trusted professional.

In hindsight, it's clear that Jeri's lack of communication and disregard for client satisfaction are indicative of a deeply flawed professional ethic. The entire experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and if I could give a rating, it would be a mere one star. It's disheartening to admit, but my experience aligns all too well with the negative reviews plastered across various platforms.

To anyone considering Jeri Wright's services, I implore you to heed the warnings and avoid the headache I endured. Save yourself the trouble and seek assistance elsewhere. Jeri Wright is undoubtedly a big red flag in the realm of real estate law, and I deeply regret not heeding the warnings from others who had similar experiences with Jeri's firm.
