This attorney was TERRIBLE! He botched so much with our parents estates, and would go months and months without being available or was out of the office tons. When we did finally get a hold of his office it was only for him and his staff to tell us (in written also) that he hadn't filed papers or filed in the wrong county and was demanding a ballooned invoice payment (2 different ones, both different references and charges), for work he was going to have to redo for his mistakes, which camee only after we removed him as the attorney on record. We directed him to speak to the new attorney. This was in 2022. Today, he sends a threat email about wanting his money "or else". He became a creditor once we signed a new attorney. He didn't follow the protocol to have his bills looked at, therefore he missed the deadline for this. We owe him nothing more than he's already been paid and his abusive tactics are unacceptable. I'll be reporting him to the Bar.

Had a hiccup early on with getting a hold of the office, but since being in communication things have been better. Looking forward to my meeting and seeing how things go!
