Extremely nice people, but not knowledgeable when it comes to the updated immigration process. Basically, during our numerous meetings, I knew more about the steps and evidence that needed to be provided, then the women helping me. However, when showing the facts directly from the USCIS website, I was told this was wrong. Because of this, evidence and information was filed INCORRECTLY by them causing MAJOR delays in my case. Information was included that didn't need to be, and information that needed to be included per USCIS was not. After being told their mistakes, they said "nothing we can do about it now, but wait and see". Because of these, and many other mistakes made by them, I would not recommend them for your immigration purposes.
