There was a lot of misconduct going on in our case! The lawyer John Moeller 3 years later we are finding out left a lot out in our case, the defendant was not identified the gun they have was never fired. He did not tell them to drop the gun after they did testing and seen it was NOT the gun . The gun was just bought. They did not even pull records of that. So now that we want to reopen the case, he then shows us papers and says oh no I don’t want him to see these papers AND SNATCHED THEM OUT IF MY MOTHER IN LAWS HANDS AGGRESSIVELY stood up and raised his voice, he stated but I will show another Attorney. Which is shocking because we dropped $10,000 on a lawyer we saw fit that’s been doing this for 45 years would give it his all come to find out we got the bare minimum. It was truly a lot of misconduct with a lawyer that is actually in the court system. We asked for depositions he did everything in his power to not get that done. As My HUSBAND was asking for things to get done, he continued to say oh I’m not arguing. Oh, I’m not doing this. Oh, I’m not doing that When you spend your money, you’re thinking you’re getting the best. When in reality come to find out three years later we got the Bare minimum. He then states he has done lot for a family when someone is asking him to either reopen the case or look at something he brings up another family that has nothing to do with the case. As a lawyer that’s been doing this for years. I don’t think it’s right for you to bring up any family that does not have to do with the case at hand. Be careful hiring just anyone Again, this happened three years ago. After going through all the paperwork, a lot was not done them main things being #1 The gun was never fired #2 the clothing they grabbed they never tested #3 the client asked for things to be done HE OVER LOOKED and called it a waste of his time #4 The biggest was never pick out of a line up and was never tested for gun shot residue! #5 we asked for depositions and he REFUSED to do those which would have saved a lot of time, if we would have did what the client asked we would have not needed to reopen the case

Attorney John Moeller took a very sensitive criminal case and brought his expertise to the fore. He helped the jury to see the accusation as false so the jury was able to decided the "not guilty" verdict. I highly recommend his professional service if you have been wrongly accused of a crime.
