Sent a email about 3 weeks ago and never got any assistance or any acknowledgement.
Edit: To blantly ignore a email and not even message back to schedule a time as you cant respond to the inquiries that are stated in a email, a buissness would offer other options to set something up and to discuss.

I can’t really rate Humphrey’s Law firm. They may have been the best thing ever and I guess I’ll never know. I called Humphrey’s Law firm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week for an appointment. I was told one of the lawyers would get back to me. I was even informed Bonnie was in all day yesterday. I never got a call. I guess tomorrow I’ll have to go elsewhere. Like I said, it may have been wonderful.

I called with a few questions. I am trying to get a divorce. I inquired whether they take the volunteer/reduced fee program. He got very snippy with me. Kept saying he didn't mean to be crass but it was just rude. He made me feel bad for not being in a place to pay astronomical fees and just asking questions. He told me the consultation was $175 but couldn't tell me any other fees without seeing a lawyer because they all charge differently.

He actually told me to go take out a loan or ask family for money. He told me they also have bills to pay and wouldn't be able to help me unless I could come up with a lot of money.

She served as opposing counsel in my daughter and son-in-law’s case. Unfortunately, she treated her own client — my son-in-law’s child’s mother the same way. They had reached agreed-upon terms, yet Bonnie disregarded her own client’s wishes, failed to respond to her calls and emails, and continued billing her.

I was also informed that even brief calls to her office resulted in charges for time that was not actually used. In addition, she submitted a proposed Order that had been generated using AI and contained numerous inaccuracies and incomplete information.

I strongly encourage you to obtain your billing records and consider reporting her to the Bar. I have even offered to assist my son-in-law’s child’s mother in doing the same. You would likely be better served by retaining an attorney who will properly file your uncontested paperwork and agreement.

This was also an uncontested matter that took almost a year.

We have been working on an uncontested parenting plan agreement and child support adjustment. Bonnie has left us on read and continued to make confusing adjustments and billing additional fees. This has cost us close to $10k in 5 months between her fees and child support on hold. Again, for an uncontested agreement between parties. We are close to going to the Bar at this point due to lack of responsiveness.
