Merged with a law firm a few years back. That attorney is dead now, and is still listed on the ndcourts.gov website as retired.

Has multiple DUNS for the business, one of which is for the dead attorney.

Represents creditors, going after small claims and contract debt, using almost exclusively default judgments against people. Many of these cases have returned address statements on the docket. A lot of cases involve the complaint, and all related documents for the case loaded the same day on the docket (loading the docket) and in some cases, the respondent wasn't given the legal amount of time to response, often times with return to sender on the docket.

Also represents DUIs and other lesser crimes. Gets people with multiple DUIs or complex drug problems off with lesser penalties.

No moral compass. Will take any case he feels he will win, and when he doesn't he blames the system. Driven by money
