I contacted This attorney’s office and was dealing with Oliver himself and he agreed to take on my cases. After several months of not answering the phone and not making any Progress I’m leaving several messages and never getting a return call. I had to find another attorney. So basically, I had my free consultation with Mr. Oliver Howell. He agreed to take on my cases and then just never answer the phone for several months or called back. I had to hire another attorney to Represent myself and then over a year later, they send me a bill in the mail
