I wasn't impressed or thrilled. It felt like my case was not a priority to Michelle as paperwork wasn't completed with any sense of urgency. Several of her emails to me started with "sorry for the delay..." One meeting she was babysitting an infant during and another she was training a dog. I received 0 coaching before hearings, and felt like there was no initiative on her part to prepare me for how things go or what to expect. Perhaps she is a stellar trial attorney, but all the things that come before.... meh.
