Many thanks to Attorney Angela Knight and her team for helping with an emergency elder care issue. Attorney Knight was very timely in dealing with a dishonest and manipulative Healthcare POA change, executed by the medical doctors/staff without informing the current Healthcare POA prior to the change. Our relative was finally able to leave the hospital alive and is now thriving after a long, two month recovery from the unbelievable experience at the hospital. We are forever grateful to Attorney Angela Knight for her compassion, understanding, experience, and expertise, which was key in saving our elderly loved one's life. Our relative would NOT have survived the hospital's in-patient hospice/palliative care protocol (including very strong, mind-altering drugs) that the hospital was insisting on for our elderly loved one. Even though the Healthcare POA document complied with Wisconsin law and was meticulously prepared in accordance with our relative's desires well-before hospitalization, the hospital doctors/staff disregarded medical ethics because they wanted our relative placed in hospice/palliative "care."
