Never met with them, just tried speaking with someone on the phone. Asked for reassurance of confidentiality - man told me they can’t work with me if im not willign to share information. Kept interrupting me when trying to tell the story. Seemed very focused on if I was moving forward or not with them…………. Not trying to get to the bottom of it. When I was clearly crying towards the end of the 5 min call, he was so so rude. I would have happily shared more information. Please retrain your intake staff or listen to the recording if you’re the business owner.
