I worked with Arkady Itkin on an employment matter and mediation beginning at the end of 2025, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. From start to finish, Arkady was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive. Arkady represented me in a wrongful termination/civil rights violation case. Specifically it was a religious and political discrimination case. You may think you are looking for an attorney to do all the work for you but you really should be looking for a good partner that you can brain storm and collaborate with because each industry is unique and each industry represents a different set of challenges that your attorney may not be familiar with. A good case is built on a good partnership between you and your attorney. Arkady quickly got up to speed in my specific niche industry and we formulated a plan together. In the end Arkady helped me build an amazing slam dunk case and negotiated a wonderful settlement 1 month before our jury trial was scheduled to start. I was so grateful with what he did for me and my family that I named my son after him.

A. Itkin is a lawyer known for his disrespectful, arrogant, and negative attitude. While it is understandable that he aims to earn a high hourly rate, his priorities should be respect and humanity towards his clients. During a scheduled free consultation over the phone, he only spent 15 minutes instead of the 30 minutes allocated. He didn't greet the client at the beginning of the call. During the call, he interrupted and didn't listen to the client's actual concerns and questions. If the client requests clarification via email, the lawyer immediately deletes the documents, leaving the client in the dark about what they were about. This behavior is completely inappropriate and unacceptable.

I need some legal advice on handling several claim charges from a rental car company. I got email replies from Arkady very quickly, a couple of hours after sending my inquery. Arkady was very helpful and patient, and shared with me several options to pursue.
