I ended up working with Paige, after my father passed away before he could receive the amount he was awarded from his settlement. Paige and the other employees of this law firm went above and beyond to get the money that was awarded to my father, equally split and distributed between me and my siblings. What can I possibly express in words about Holland Law Firm? Absolutely nothing, simply because in my honest opinion, the ONE person who I have been in contact throughout a years long class action lawsuit has been KETRA FRANCIS. Long ago when this lawsuit was in its infancy, it was KETRA FRANCIS in the beginning, middle, and end that made the process transparent, kept me informed, and also KETRA has and always was extremely professional and never left me with a question for more than 12 hours. KETRA FRANCIS and by extension Holland Law Firm did the absolute best job they could in what was clearly a dynamic, always shifting, and time consuming challenge that frankly KETRA FRANCIS was born to do. I’m prior service 11B 23 years retired. Honestly we would not have gotten a thing without KETRA’s commitment to serve the underserved Veterans in our community. Good on you KETRA FRANCIS.
