Looking at this law firm’s responses to reviews from clients and other individuals is disturbing, to say the least. I don’t even need to discuss my personal experience with this office. Their public responses alone raise serious concerns about their professionalism, judgment, and ability to handle criticism. Rather than addressing concerns with professionalism, accountability, and respect, their responses appear emotionally driven, defensive, and, at times, unnecessarily confrontational. This is particularly troubling coming from a law firm, where professionalism, sound judgment, emotional discipline, and ethical conduct should be fundamental expectations. When a business responds to criticism with hostility instead of addressing the substance of a complaint, it raises questions about transparency and accountability. While defensiveness is not proof of wrongdoing, it certainly does not inspire confidence. In fact, it can leave the impression that the firm is more interested in defending its reputation than understanding or resolving legitimate concerns. Attorneys are expected to remain composed and exercise sound judgment, even in difficult or adversarial situations. If a law firm cannot demonstrate that level of professionalism when responding to public reviews, it is reasonable to question how it handles more serious matters behind closed doors. My advice to anyone considering this firm: Read their responses to negative reviews carefully. Pay attention not only to what dissatisfied individuals are saying, but also to how the firm chooses to respond. Those responses may tell you more about its approach to professionalism and accountability than any advertisement ever could. Proceed with caution.

Extremely unresponsive. Haven't heard from my atty since December of last year, after repeated attempts to just receive a simple update. I'm assuming it's because I have a low value case, but even a quick email or call, given the follow up I received in December, would be nice. Edit: I appreciate the AI response, but I've tried contacting my attorney multiple times. I understand that cases take time to develop, but there was a time when telling someone that you'd call them back, meant you would actually call them back.
