I recently had a case that ended up on my plate very unexpectedly that I wasn't quite sure where to turn or who to hire to represent me. Attorney Trisha Fritz was recommended to me by a friend when I started reaching out and doing my research for potential lawyers to hire. From my first consultation the day I walked into the office the entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and reassuring. Attorney Fritz specifically was extremely professional, compassionate, and understanding of my needs, expectations, and very accommodating with scheduling of meetings and court dates. If want to be ignored then go with this firm. We have a case for our 17 year old daughter I filled out the online form for a free consultation 3 week ago. Never heard from them. 2 weeks pass and we got the officially notice about the charges I left a vm at the firm. Never got a call back so I called them back the following day. Person answered the phone took my info looked at the case and gave her a run down of what happened. Explained we have never had to do this I was clueless looking for help and if we could do a consultation I’d even pay a fee for it. She said the lawyers don’t do that then gave me their fees and payment options. I got off the phone not real impressed so I kept calling around to other firms. Found a firm that the lawyer actually talked to me for almost half hour about the case what we should do and was no pressure, but at least talked and answered my questions to make me feel a bit better. That afternoon got a letter in the mail from this firm hogan addressed to my daughter wanting to represent her and highlighted in yellow in the letter says free 30 minute consultation. They must be case chasers and sent the letter out when they the state filed the charges. Too bad I was ignored twice and told by reception a they don’t do consultations and I moved on found a better lawyer to represent our daughter.
