I can only speak about our experience with Attny Ken Grossberg who was condescending and disinterested when assigned to our account. Attny Grossberg may have been technically proficient but this was overshadowed by his woefully insufficient interpersonal skills and questionable conduct. Our formal complaints to the firm were dismissed as not valid. I do not recommend doing business with them.

Really poor experience with Mindy , extremely disappointing. Based off of my interaction with her I would not recommend. I felt extremely bullied and her law affiliations were thrown in my face. And then went on different platforms and publically did it as well. Really gross behavior by an adult.

I had a 501 C 3 set up by Jennifer Aronson at Hodgson Russ LLP. I didn't realize how complex, difficult, and nuanced the process was. She did a great job. She kept things moving right along, one task after another. It became apparent that using a lawyer that specializes in this kind of work was essential to a successful start to the non-profit I was starting. I highly recommend Jennifer at Hodgson Russ LLP.
