I am very thankful to Mr. Jack Breslavsky for working on my case against Amazon. He did an amazing job and even got more resources out of the worker compensation claim than I thought it was possible. It can be scary at first but they will guide you to understand how the process works. I would recommend working with them.

The little girl in the office that answers phones araceli is unprofessional and does not care about the clients she does not let your lawyer know when you are trying to get ahold of them and will not get on the phone or return calls, my family deeply regrets going with this law firm. I would strongly caution anyone looking into hiring them to do more research before they do so! I know we really wish we would have chosen a different law firm to represent us because we have had zero help from these people.and from the looks of a lot of these other reviews I am not the only person having this issue, I also notice araceli has other bad reviews saying the same thing but the company does not care they only care about getting your money!!!!! Now because they have taken years in our case and done nothing we are being offered $13000 LESS than what workers comp was going to may us before we hired them!!! and they still expect me to pay them when they have done absolutely zero for our case except getting workers comp to LOWER the offer.

I completely regret hiring this law firm. I have been waiting on a doctors appointment for well over a year. My attorney Leon NEVER responds to emails or calls. The woman put in charge of my case named Araceli is completely unprofessional and has never once responded to ANY of my emails or calls when all I wanted was information about my case. Every time I call neither of them are ever in the office and I have to talk to random people about how I’ve been waiting over a year for an appointment and they can never give me an answer as to when I will have an appointment. I am at the point now where I just want to settle my case and be done with it and I still cannot get a response to my emails or calls. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM TO ANYONE.

I’m very thankful to the whole Hinden and Brevlaski team with helping me with my case. Kelly Hinden was the one that personally helped me with my case and she was amazing and a person that was very attentive throughout my entire case. I would recommend her to anyone. And I was very very happy with my end result in closing my case. Thanks to everyone who helped me through this 🙂🙏
