Excellent lawyers

This firm is basically scam artists. It's extremely unfortunate how they conduct themselves and pray on immigrants in a tough position already. They push you to pay immediately then instantly switch up on you and not only don't do the service you paid for but then act like you're asking them for free work when you try to communicate or get an update on your case. Beyond unprofessional, they'll hide behind their keyboard and not answer the phone. It's pathetic, I would let anyone know looking to use their service to stay far away from this place. People's legal status is already an anxious and difficult position to be in, to be jerked around and receive no help and just have your money stolen is the last thing anyone should hire "help" for. Filling a complaint with the bar association, not even sure if attorney Vivian has a renewed bar card or not.. Seems to always be expired.
