My husband hired this firm to represent him in a contentious Trust matter. He found them to be completely useless. He feels James either had his own agenda or is totally incompetent because, after nearly a year, and over $15K, the matter remains unresolved and unchanged. A total waste of time and money!

Should be named the Buzzard Law Firm. My brother admittedly stole all the valuables from the home and returned only what he wanted. The attorney handling our case did nothing to rectify the situation. My brother was never held accountable for stealing. Fiduciary duty was not exercised and my brother was allowed to rack up attorney bills that my sister and I had to pay for his abuse. This firm cost us a fortune. Do not recommend them at all.

Nickel and dimed us in probate. My brother admittedly stole all my father's valuables ( which included his written will) and Sam did nothing to help us correct this wrong. We couldn't talk to him much because he charges so much. He did allow my brother to rack up the bills with his incessant calls. Would never recommend this law firm. Pretty sure this will get taken down as I notice very few reviews on him. I'm pretty sure it's because he is terrible and thinks other people's money is his.
