Very impressed with Ann Payseur as a Parent Coordinator. Initially did not want extra fees, time or conversation with an additional entity. After 3 yrs of working with Ann, she was one of the only involved legal parties after numerous lawyers/judges/support that spent caring effort to understand the situation. She represents the PC role well for coparenting communication, problem solving and has a strong knack for understanding individuals.

Two hundred dollars later, I am back where I started:

Kudos to the attorney with whom i met for a polite, professional demeanor. She listened attentively to my request for estate planning guidance and recommended the drafting of three documents at reasonable prices.

All sounded quite acceptable until she apparently changed her mind, sent a letter declining representation and referred me to the bar association for another choice.

The firm was entitled to do so for any reason or no reason; however, after accepting my consultation fee, it might have been better to furnish a brief explanation for that decision. I called and politely asked, but was not given one.

I appreciate the time taken to speak with me, but would the attorney have wanted her money spent this way?
