Hemness, Faller, Elder law and specifically Danielle Faller created the legal documents my wife Andrea and I had requested. (Joint Trust, Last Wills and Testament , Durable Powers of Attorney, Designation of Health Care Surrogates, and Living Will Declarations.) Danielle displayed professionalism and immense knowledge of the subject matter.
