				This is ridiculous, it has been months and I can not get straight answers or anyone from Harwell's office to call me back about getting my dads money returned to him. We stayed with Rebecca when she left his firm and they won't give back my dad's money that we paid to his office so we can pay Rebecca for the continued work she is doing for my dad! This is Morally Wrong and very ETHICALLY WRONG! I am tired of getting the run around! I want my dad's refund back, that is all the money me and my family and father included, have to pay for my dads lawyer fees that are on going. 				My review has nothing to do with representation. When I retain this firm Ms. Grey was my attorney. When she left the firm I retained her at her new firm.  So for 2 months Harwell refused to return my refund.  I paid a reasonably large amount to cover my whole case. Now that I left their firm 2 months ago. I still cant get my remaining portion of my retainer and I can't get a call back either. I live 2 hours away not like I can just go to their office.  This has had a negative effect on being able to pay my present attorney.  They know this and don't care.  What ever caused the split between Harwell and Grey is non of my business but punishing the clients for staying with Grey is absolutely egregious. Since this is not about my legal representation and being about returning money due to me I would give them 0 stars.
